NVIDIA and TCV join Higgsfield's Series B with no amount and no valuation disclosed

The October 23 extension sits on top of an August round that raised $400 million at $5.4 billion, and the only figures attached to it are Higgsfield's own.

Higgsfield announced on October 23, 2026 that NVIDIA and TCV invested in an extension of its Series B. The company did not disclose the amount or the valuation. It builds on an August round led by DST Global that raised $400 million at a $5.4 billion valuation.

Higgsfield added NVIDIA and TCV to its investor base on October 23 and disclosed neither the size of the new investment nor the valuation it was made at. That leaves the company's own user and revenue figures as the only quantities attached to the story, and none of them come from an audited filing.

An extension on top of August's $400 million round

The company framed the deal as an extension of the Series B that DST Global led in August, naming Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Tribe Capital, AI Capital Partners, Smash Capital, GFT Ventures and Valor Capital as participants in that earlier round. Variety reported that the August round raised $400 million at a $5.4 billion valuation and that Higgsfield declined to disclose the amounts in the extension. The announcement went out from San Francisco and Astana, Kazakhstan, where most of the company's engineering team sits.

Higgsfield says the money goes to product development, global infrastructure, hiring and market expansion, which is the standard four-item list and not a commitment to anything checkable. CEO Alex Mashrabov said a "new category is forming to meet that demand" for visual content, pairing TCV's media portfolio with NVIDIA's role as the compute supplier underneath the platform.

The growth numbers come from the company

Higgsfield reports more than 40 million users across 238 countries and territories, and says its annualized revenue run rate crossed $1 billion in September, eighteen months after launch. Those are company statements, not independently verified results, and the usual caveats apply to an annualized run rate drawn from a single month at a private company that sells monthly credit plans.

Much of what Higgsfield sells is access to models built elsewhere, which puts it in a price band it does not fully control. In our price radar, a single 720p five-second generation from Seedance 2.5 is listed across ten platforms, and the spread between them is the margin story for every aggregator in this category.

Why the announcement landed in Astana

The timing was built around NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang's first visit to Kazakhstan for the country's national AI Month, with photographs distributed alongside the announcement showing Huang with deputy prime minister and minister of AI and digital development Zhaslan Madiyev, and separately with Higgsfield co-founder and CTO Yerzat Dulat. Higgsfield describes its NVIDIA relationship as a long-running technical one and says it is expanding onto Vera Rubin infrastructure, which reads as a supply commitment as much as an equity event.

What the money does not fix

Funding does not resolve the disclosure problems on the Higgsfield platform itself. Its listings have carried conflicting specifications for the same third-party model, including two different resolution ceilings for Kling 4.0 on two of its own pages, and a ten-minute video claim that appeared in an OpenAI customer story without a sample or an availability date. A platform that sells other labs' models to 40 million people is, in practice, a catalog, and catalogs are judged on whether their numbers match what the models actually deliver.
